hi i'm a professional and pretty laid back woman with a good sense of humor. i like the outdoors - i go running every morning so i'm up in the am and in bed before 12:00 am. i'm gay-friendly and a non-smoker, i have a small dog. my home is my sanctuary and a place to find peace - that is very important to me. i enjoy having a good time, but i don't have or want a party house.i own a condo/townhouse with a loft near the west seattle bridge and i have a master bedroom with bathroom for rent. i am close to stores, close to the gym, and close to alki. the bus lines are nearby and access to the freeway is close by, too. my ideal roommate is honest, reliable, respectful of me and of our home, drama free please, funny, a good communicator, clean, a non-bigot who is open minded (please) and can pay the bills on time. i am open to having another dog come into the home as long as he or she is friendly to other dogs.
the rent is $800. per month plus a $300 deposit. the house is well equipped with anything you might want as far as tools or cooking gadgets, washer and dryer, etc. and the best part... you get to live with me! :) if you respond to this please have references. thanks for looking into my post and happy hunting!! :)
