unfurnished room for rent in a 3 bedroom luxury town home located in the desirable morgan junction neighborhood. the main floor is fully furnished with a kitchen (with highly efficient ss appliances and gas range-oven) that opens up to the dining/living room and also has a � bath for guests. the top level has two bedrooms, one of which will be yours, a shared bath with another female, and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. the first floor contains a bedroom and bathroom, of which is already occupied by a male roommate. no pets will be allowed.looking for a clean, respectful female who is drama-free. utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electric, basic cable and internet) average ~$125 a month. first, last and $350 deposit requested. a $40 credit/background check will also be required.
