i am a hard working mother of one, renting and can no longer afford full payment. have an extra bedroom that is being used as an office. im looking for someone stable (couples welcome), friendly, and clean who can afford to split rent and utilities. i cook and clean so upkeep isn't a huge deal as long as you can maintain your space. i do not party or use drugs so i would appreciate if i had someone like minded to room with me for my little girl's sake. i would like a roommate(s) who likes to smile and laugh, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that is fine too.
