hi i have a nice size room for rent we are looking for a responsible and respectful roommate. this is a 3bd 1ba house we have washer/dryer big yard. we are chilled and respectful people we have 2dogs(no pets please) we ask that you dont feed them anything but their dog food. somethings we look for in a roommate is someone who is resposible with paying on time, stable job, cleans after themselves, respects the rules.
rules:lower noise after 11:30pm, dont wash past that time either, respect others personal things, help clean bathroom once a week. simple right. well email me if have any questions (we do require deposit we already had an issue with a roommate and destroyed room and dog chewed on door thats why no dogs cats) thanks)
