i just ended a relationship and will be needing a roommate for august 1st. i live in oak wood area, close to downtown and capital boulevard. i have a 3 bedroom house (1 bedroom is used as a workshop) with washer and dryer, huge fenced in yard with storage shed, nice back deck and a screened in back porch. i also have a pug whose really sweet. i work as a bar manager in durham so my hours are extremely inconsistent, from 6 am if i open to 4 am if i close. in my free time i like to work on projects, make soap, go to shows, be outside. i love good beer and i also smoke, but only outside. if this seems like it can work, throw me a line .
