convenient apartment community located near crabtree valley mall in raleigh. very reasonable total monthly expenses include cable, internet, water, electric, and rent. i have a full living room suite including big screen tv with sofa, loveseat, and sofa chair, dinning room table, washer/dryer. kitchen is fully stocked with just about every cooking implement you could want. we have dishwasher, double-bowl sink, and disposer.

i am very clean and respectful. i work 40 hours per week, most of it on the weekends, and take classes at nc state during the week. i am rarely home and you'll have the place almost exclusively to yourself from friday morning until late sunday night. during the school year i basically use my apartment for a place to eat and sleep.

needless to say, i keep it clean and do not have over many guests. if you like to have people in and out all day, especially at night, then i am not the roommate for you. i prefer to do my socializing and what little partying i do elsewhere and expect the same in a roommate.

i'm very outgoing, well-educated, an excellent conversationalist, and very polite and respectful. i believe in good communication and in an open roommate dialogue. i'm very easy going and easy to get along with
