new spacey 3 bedroom + 2bathroom apartment located at a diverse and safe neighborhood. 3 min walk to 7 trains on 82 streets jackson heights (south), 5 min walk to rm on elmhurst ave. 9 min walk to efrm on 74th street jackson height. 15 min by train to mid town and 10 min to main street/flushing. it's super convenient to almost anything you'll need for entertainment and food such as new york, hong kong supermarket, restaurant, deli, queens center mall, macy's, best buy, banks, post office, medical center and etc. (all in walking distance).
room size:14' x 10' with hardwood floors and two large windows with one air conditioner installed, and has a built-in two layer spacey closet. the room is semi-furnished with one single bed, desk and chair or perfectly fit in a queen or twin size bed, desk, couch/chair. you will have a private newly remodeled full size bathroom near your room and access to dining room’s dining table and kitchen for microwave use but no cooking or lightly cooking only preferable. there are many laundromats in the neighborhood (2-3 minute walking distance from the building).
monthly rent is $1190 all utilities included (high speed internet, tv, heat, water, gas, electricity. ($60 extra when using an air conditioner). one month rent and one month deposit required total $2380 before moving in. the tenant must have verifiable employment/income and references.
we are a married couple, both are senior professional administrator in it and health care field. we are both very busy at work and maintain an after-work exercise regime and activity. very friendly and laidback at home during weekend. we are fine with your guest visiting within reasonable hours but not over-night stays preferred.
