my wife and i have recently moved into a nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath trailer, washer & dryer, all appliances. the rent is 325 a month for the room all utilities included, however, if you want to be part of a grow room and be a partner, it will be 275 a month and 1/3 of the utilities(gas & electric only). there is a small deposit of 200 dollars that is negotiable(unless you are doing the move in special then its only $300 total). we are using the master bedroom as a medical grow room with space for another to join in. we are for the most part all set(the ppm meter, ph meter, hydroton, nutrients, dwc setup. we usually grow hydroponically. we have been doing this for a few years, experience is free and room space for your plants is included in the rent. we can help start you out but you must provide your own things like containers, grow medium, and so on(shouldn't cost much at all). this is an exceptional opportunity for an individual. pets may be negotiable.
a little about my wife and i: we are married and moved here from another state about 2 months ago to get our medical licenses, and start a legit business from ground up. my wife and i are both disabled and in our late 30s. we are laid back and easy going. we have a cat, who is super cool and is a very loving short haired cat.
