i'm a 25yo student looking for a new roommate. this is a 700 sq ft 2 bed/1 bath a 5 minute walk from the se pcc campus.comes with hard floors in living area, carpet in the bedrooms.
looking for someone to sign a 11 month lease, but can be less depending.

water runs about $35 per person a month.
electricity depends on usage, though is usually around $25-30
will be added to existing insurance policy for $8 a month.
$200 deposit needed at move in, plus application fee. depending on when you move in, rent would be prorated.
