it is next to the fountroy southworth ferry, southworth side. very easy ferry access for seattle daily comuting. over all cheaper then high gas if you compare traffic time. 650 to get in, 435 every month after. utiliies encluded with a 150$ power/water bill cap. internet connection compairable to a t2, very fast up and down.huge shop access for working on cars, also pre set up invisible fence for dogs. 2 acres of land with a brook running through the back. lots of lockable dry temp controlled storage.
no cats, birds dogs goats cows, what ever else ok... if its a smelley animal like a ferret or skunk, needs to be maintained.
