our home is located in a gated community just off i 55 and weber . your room has a walk in closet and your own bathroom . the laundry is just outside of the bathroom. we live on the 9th hole of the golf course. we have a relaxing sunroom and deck for you to enjoy. we have a finished basement that you may use also. full use of house. you will be able to park in the driveway .your includes cable, wifi, and all utilities. we have only had 2 roommates in 8 years the first left to start her family and the second left to take care of sick brother. we are easy going in our 50's and laughing is what we enjoy the most.if you are a vet we will lower the rent 100 our way of saying thankyou!
