i have a room for rent, $500/month (1 person), all utilities are free including internet, share bathroom and have kitchen privileges. the place is at pittsburg, california... the house is 7 mins walk from baypoint/pittsburg bart station. close by safeway roughly 5 mins walk from home. within five miles radius of most groceries, fastfood chains, banks, etc...... looking for a responsible tenant age between 21-35 (preferred female but will consider others), willing to submit good references and credit history; and doesn't do any kinds of drugs. proof of id required and deposit.i dont normally answers my phone calls if the number is new or i dont recognized, i appreciate that you text message me first or leave a voicemail. intoduce yourself, leave a phone number to contact you and the best time to call you back.
