hi im nichole looking for a roommate i have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom trailor trying to rent out 1 of the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms will consider renting 2 bedrooms and the bathroom i rarely drink and dont really party or invite alot of people over, no kids or animals and prefer the same out of a roommate utilities can either be included so its a solid price or u can pay rent and we can split the utilities the kitchen and livingroom are furnished i have washer/dryer i also have a shed u could use i would like to continue updating the property within the last year brand new roof, carpet, paint, tile in bathrooms and i dont mind doing the yardwork, cleaning common areas and like to cook please email me if interested [email protected]
