one bedroom approximately 11x11 sq ft is available for $750/month. see pics attached. includes all utils: electricity, oceanic basic cable in bedroom and digital cable in living room. requires 6 month lease and deposit. this bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom house, which is sectioned-off and part of a bigger mansion. i'm currently renting the master bedroom and 2 friends are renting the 2 other rooms. the 2 regular rooms share the main bathroom. one roommate is looking to move anytime before june 30, so we're looking for a guy or girl to rent the vacant room asap. (if a girl is interested, you could switch for the master bedroom with bathroom for $925/month). the bedroom is originally unfurnished, and my roommate is looking to sell any of his items to the new roommate before selling on craiglist.items for sale (see pic): 40" philips led tv, big dresser, nightstand, full-size matress with waterproof cover and box spring, fan, etc. all less than 1 year old, and prices have to discuss with him.
everything else is fully furnished and to share: big kitchen (see pic), living room, dining table area, washing machine & dryer.
the mansion is really nice and is in a quiet, cool, safe neighborhood. close to bus stop, walmart, sams club, don quijote etc in pearl city. and the owners/landlords are super cool.
