3 bedroom legal apt.=only 1 adult allowed in each private bedroom.
(2 family house,2nd floor). very safe block.
room just painted & rug cleaned.
no hanging outside,no horn beeping,etc.-no drinking or drugs allowed.
house is cleaned daily,no bugs or mice here.
full size refrigerator,cabinets to store food & microwave.
*sorry but no cooking on stove.�
we have little to no visitors,no parties.
a normal,quiet,safe place to live.
you must have a full time job,good references,not a criminal or on probation!
buses 704 & 712 just 2 blocks away,you can take downtown to get any bus to nyc or anywhere else.or just walk downtown,10 minutes away.
$500 security + $150 to move in.($150 due every saturday)
