current roommate is moving out due to their financial issues. need a new roommate (preferably female or gay male) to take their spot in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
must:
pay bills on time (utilities due on the 21st and 23rd, rent due on the 1st)
be respectful, trustworthy, and clean
willing to help out with our 2 dogs (i.e. take them outside if needed, or watch them over weekend if we go out of town)
help out with taking trash out, and clean up after themselves
apartment is newly updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. we are on the 2nd floor (top) with a walk out balcony/patio. rent is $400 plus utilities.
