looking for an older woman/gentleman (45 - 60) who is looking for a nice clean unfurnished room in ofallon. non-smoker and no pets. must have a job or guaranteed income and own transportation. we are a quiet, clean, and spiritual couple. we have a room in a new mobile home. you must like cats, as we have three that own the place. rent includes your own bedroom and a private bath. you will have access to the kitchen and living area. i cook meals every day so if you would like to contribute to the food, i can cook for you also...i am a very good cook and my fiance went to culinary school...we have gourmet meals usually. if not i will make room in the fridge for you, or you can get a dorm fridge. we don't party, but do have bbqs and dinner parties. we are non-smokers and light social drinkers and do not do any type of drugs. we prefer the same. aside from the rent, you must be able to pay 1/3 of utilities which would run you around 100.00 a month, that includes electric and cable.
