i have 2 rooms to choose from. the rent is $300 to move in and $400 a month there after. i know it can be taxing to move into a place. i am a very layed back, easy going individual who is looking for the same type of roomie. i am not an uptight kind of person and i do like to have a good time like most people, within reason, just not every night, but do enjoy the occasional get together. i have never had a problem with any roomate in the past. i am average in the cleanliness department the house isnt super clean but by no means am i or the house "dirty" i need someone in by the 1st or i could lose the house as my previous roomates left suddenly due to their legal problems. i live in marion oaks but currently dont have a phone until the 1st. please contact email. pets okay and so are smoker. bring rent and your stuff, move in today if you like. i do have some furnature for the rooms in the garage if you need something. thanks for reading --johnny--
