Looking for a new tenant in a well kept room in a three bedroom, two bath, spacious, furnished apartment in Oakland.

Applicants must be LGBT friendly as you’ll be sharing your new home with three members of the LGBT community. Applicants should also be dog friendly due to the tenants of the other two rooms each owning one small dog; both of whom are very friendly, but mainly stay in their respective rooms. sorry but we cant add anymore pets to the lease.

A little about us:
Trent and David, are the leaseholders occupying the master bedroom. Trent is the Catering Manager at Mills College here in Oakland, and David is a Cook at Crossroads Dining Hall in Berkeley.
Yanick is our roommate who works in SF and has an easy going personally and is an excellent roommate. we do have two small dogs Asher and lotus they are loving and playful. They stay in the bedrooms most of the day. Unfortunately we cant add anymore pet to the lease.

Shared living space includes a furnished living room with a flat screen tv, a kitchen with ample storage space, a garage/den area with above-head storage, a pool table, a beautiful two piece bar, and a small balcony overlooking the backyard. If you do smoke, please do so on the balcony as we do not allow smoking inside the house.(420 friendly)

We are asking for $1025 a month and the room will be available on 08/01/19 to move in. We will require first month’s rent last and the deposit which is $600.
I will be asking for your three most recent check stubs for the landlord and job verification.

Our neighbors are very kind and outgoing people, and consistently make an effort to extend their hospitality toward their local community through the occasional get-together or holiday events. We look forward to hearing from you and discovering if our home is the right fit for you!
