hello

i am looking for a female roommate who can take over one private bedroom
in my 2bd apartment in the heart of east village. it's only one block
away from ltrain, m15, 14d, a buses. close to many nice cafes,
restaurants and bars. it's a very young and alive area.

your room is going to be furnished with full/queen bed with a nice
quality mattress, a built in closet and a desk. there is central heating
system so warm during the winter. kitchen is fully equipped and
there is wifi. living room area which i rarely use. the apartment is
only 2nd floor walk up.

i am a female artist in 30s, very calm and friendly. no pets.

the rent will be 1750 per month. there is no security deposit.
available from january 4th
