we are a 24 year old girl and 23 year old guy who went to school together (we are not dating so don't worry about that drama haha) i work in marketing/pr and he works as a paralegal. we are just looking for a down to earth roommate who is respectful and easy going.the room available is the master bedroom which is huge and has 2 closets and its own bathroom, which includes 2 sinks and a walk in shower as well as a toilet and mirror storage and under the sink storage.
the apartment was actually made to be a luxury condo so it is incredibly spacious with tons of storage and we have our own private room with the staircase inside our apartment giving it a really homey feel. the roof is also 1600 square feet.
we have a virtual doorman, a package room and a video buzz up system so you can see who is buzzing up before you let them in. we also have an alarm system should you feel the need to use it.
the apartment is 1 block from the 4,5,6 and many buses and two blocks from the metro north. (aka super convenient to get anywhere)
the apartment comes with a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher.
if you have any questions or are interested please email me with a little about yourself so i can determine if it would be a good match. in the past i have lived with up to 3 guys here (like i said the master bedroom is huge and people have shared it in the past) so if two people want to come in together that is cool the price would just go up a bit since you would be splitting it.
also, we do have 2 cats who are just shy of a year old. they are great and sleep in my room every night so they won't bother you at all.
