the rent is 650 including utilities. we would need 300$ deposit which would be returned when you leave and a month's rent in advance which would be used as your last month's rent.about the house, its a furnished 4bed/2.5 bath home out of which one is already rented and i am trying to rent out other three. there is an option of fully furnished as well as semi furnished room for the unfurnished with mattress n lamps only the rent is 600 (including utilities).
