i am a senior and my roommate and friend of nine years has moved. its a large bedroom,tub / shower ,toilet and sinks. 2 large closets and just very nice room.
my home isnt fancy nor real expensive. what it is is loved,and will keep you warm or cold, a roof over your head, company when your wanting to chat and you have full usage of rest of house. washer dryer,cable , internet electric water , and phone all included
i work and easy to get along with. i find that i need the extra income at this age to make bills or just to get bye on.
my twin sister passed away in june and my companion for last seven years also died in may so i am in a down feeling but coming around .
only serious inquire please , have some kind of income, work or whatever.pet ok,.smoker ok.over age of 30,no over drinker or drugs/not
having lot of baggage or family troubles. thanks
