fun, friendly, professional, social couple, empty nesters looking to share 3,000 s.f. home filled with amenities. it's really a great place to live from the openness of the floorplan to the personal warmth of those of us who live here. wonderful for inside and outside entertaining. the family room is a 16' x 24' modern space with surround sound system, connects to the outside patio where there is a jacuzzi and a fully-furnished deck. we are walking distance to the downtown with lots of places to eat and drink. public transportation is a breeze and the town has a lot of personality. the room itself is 11 x 14, central-aired, cable-ready, fully furnished and decorated, has a standard 4' closet, is in close proximity of the bathroom and holds a pretty view of the patio area.
