2) room 2 (10’x10’) $600
3) room 3 (11’x11’) $800
4) room 3 (11’x11’) + room 2 (10’x10’) for $1000
with either option there will be an additional fee for utilities and we require a deposit of 1� months’ rent.

we are a young, recently married couple looking for roommate(s) to share our house.
-he is a full time musician and works from home (the basement is finished and soundproofed), a dog lover and vegetarian.
-she works at a preschool and attends ccm and is vegan.
we keep the house clean and comfortable.

the whole downstairs is comfortably furnished and has a 42” tv (cable + hbo, encore, stars and showtime)included for common use and the house has a furnished deck with grill, a large back and front yard and woodlands. there is room to park in the driveway.

we are located in morris plains, 5 min walk from the train station (with straight connection to ny penn st). easy access and close to highways 287, 80, 10, 46, 24, 78 and 53. newark international airport is only 30 minutes away. colleges in the area include st. elizabeth, fairleigh dickenson, drew university, montclair state university, wpu and ccm.
