i have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. i am looking to rent out one room. i am willing to rent to a couple, but rent would be $550 or just $475 for one person. the room is freshly painted with hardwood floors and has cable.it is pretty big (12 x 14) the bathroom is practically all yours. you would have full use of kitchen and laundry. there are two porches to enjoy and we are just 3 houses away from a large park.there is off the street parking. we are walking distance to metra and just two minutes to 57 or 294 expressways. there is no smoking in the house but you can smoke on the porches. i am asking a $250 deposit. please feel free to contact me with any questions. thanks.
