we are a renting a room (private bedroom) in our house. it has private entrance and parking. we are located on 132nd ave and nw 6th street. we are a family of 4 (husband, wife and 2 well behaved teenage kids). we are non smokers and we do not have pets.

the location is just minutes from fiu, miami dade college west campus, dolphin mall, international mall, the turnpike and 836 expressway. the house is a single family home in a very nice and safe area. very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. in case you need metro bus transportation stop is right behind the house and the route is bus#137.

we are looking for a female who is responsible, neat, organized, non-smoker, no pets, no drugs, no parties, no visitors. person interested must pass a full background check.
