the house is 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. bathroom has jacuzzi tub & spacious closet. kitchen has granite countertops, all brand new stainless steel appliances (fridge, separate ice machine, stove, microwave, garbage disposal)
laundry room equipped with brand new washer & dryer.
2 separate living areas allows each person to have ample space.
plenty of storage in attic or detached garage.
huge backyard with covered patio. during the summer, roommates alternate cutting the grass.
i have a 5 year old, 15 lb schnauzer mix. i am open to dogs, provided they are house-trained & get along with my dog. no cats, unless they are strictly outside.
