professional lady (45 yrs old) looking to share 3 bedroom apartment. one room is furnished, the other has no bed. washer/dryer in unit. central air. i have a cat and apartment is upstairs. i work full time and expect that you will too. ideally i'd like a room mate for a minimum of 6 months but i am willing to consider a month to month situation as long as you give a 30 day notice of move-out. rent is $450 plus 1/2 cable-wife ($27) and 1/2 electric ($50-average).

quiet complex comprised mostly of elderly up front, single parent tenants and college students in the back. multi-cultured. college is a mile away. my apartment is directly in front of the manager's office and under surveillance. i've been here 2 years and never had 1 problem yet.
