room for rent in a quiet 2 bedroom small apartment complex. only 8 apartments on my side and 6 apartments on management side. all one story.there is really 2 rooms to choose from, the one im in now which measures 10' x 12'. or the master bedroom which measures 11.5' x 14.5'. the master bedroom is ready and is renting for $340. the smaller room is $335 and can be ready in a couple days, just have to move my things to other room and clean carpet.
you will have your own room, share bathroom, kitchen, and living room. your own covered parking.
quiet neighborhood. on a dead end street. no traffic, just east of alma school road and north of 8th street.
you must like cats, i do have a few.
$340 ($335) covers rent, utilities, (ac kept at 73 during summer), basic phone, and wireless internet. there is a $100 deposit, which is refundable at move out as long as there is no extra damage to room or apartment. i will prorate this months rent. i do have a walk through list to check off when you move-in and move-out. and a month to month lease. rent is due no later than the 3rd of the month.
you supply your own food, toiletries, (or pitch in for the toiletries) and any furniture you need for your room.
i do prefer a woman (but not held to that) any age as long as you have an income.
no drugs, no smoking indoors, drama, getting drunk, parties, a lot of traffic, or moving a boyfriend/girlfriend, or anyone else in.
