i have a 3800 sq ft home. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. i have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a family room and a fireplace in my 1800 sq ft open furnished basement.

one bedroom is rented, one is my guest room. the available room is large with a walk in closet.

there is shared access to the family room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and outside pond, waterfall area.

i do have 6 cats and 6 dogs, but they stay upstairs and do not go into the basement.
