hello....i am a 44 yr old male that has a beautiful house in meriden, looking to rent a room/roommate/ or college age who would like to live somewhere besides campus. i am located on the north end of meriden close to the berlin town line. hartford and new haven are about a 20 minute drive with easy access to the berlin trnpk, 691, 91 and the merrit parkway. the room that is available is large enough for a king size bed with enough room for a sitting area, access to a beautiful backyard, a swimming pool, and a porch to kick back and enjoy a beer or two on. kitchen, living room, dining room, porch will be considered common areas. rent will include utilities such as: cable, internet, heating, electricity, and washer dryer.

looking for a responsible, reliable person who will be willing to help out when needed, you must like dogs for i have a sibarrin husky who is extremly lovable, loves walks, and to play. some added features to my neighborhood that i enjoy is a horse farm at the end of the road, if you are into fishing, canoeing or just enjoy the water there is a nice lake within walking distances from my house. if you find this of interest and would like to know drop me an email and i will be more than happy to answer any questions!!!
