my fiance and i are looking for a new roommate to move in to our spare room.we need some one on or about may 1st. if the ad is still up the room is still for rent.
we are both smokers who smoke in the apartment and are none religious.
we are 24 and 26
we are looking for a responsible male or female or couple (rent will be a bit more for a couple) willing to take half the rent and utilities,
we are looking for more of a temporary roommate for 6 to 12 months.(month by month to start)
rent will be $312 ($325 for a couple) a month plus half the electric and cable including wifi and internet connection if you want. that is the only utilities that we pay for.
to move in it will be security deposit of $312 ($325 for a couple) plus first months rent of $312 ($325 for a couple) equaling $624 ($650 for a couple) on date of move in. we will not move any one in with out security deposit and first months rent in full on date of move in. the most you will pay a month will be around $500. that will most likely be on the high end or bills. we try to keep the electric bill down by cutting of heaters, tv and lights so the bill dose not become more then $100 a month.
we receive monthly food stamps so what ever food you bring into the house is yours all we ask is to keep in mind that we need room for our food along with yours.
kitchen living room and bathroom are common areas and are open to all who live here. we are fairly clean people and would like the same in a roommate.
no pets allowed and apartment is really not suitable for children
