i would like my roommate to usually be busy and have a stable job. rent is really cheap and it's a big area. there is walking distance walmart, tons of restaurants, bus stations, schools, basically everything you need and including washer and dryer. i would prefer someone who doesn't party or likes blasting music. it's not that i don't like music or having fun but with living with someone, it's best to stay quiet inside the home because i'm a light sleeper and i don't mind going drinking or clubbing but try not to be loud inside the house. it should be our sanctuary after all.
like i said, i have two dogs, and their very sweet and will become protective of you as well, but hopefully your an animal lover because i won't lie, having animals can be hard to handle but i wanna emphasis on cheap rent, big place, i'm pretty laid back except for paying rent and ultilities on time. but that's because i'm not gonna sugar coat anything and lie about how it's like to room with someone. i'd rather tell you what's going to happen then to have you move in and be pissed that i didn't prepare you for my pets or rent or anything that i would hide to just to get you to move in.
