looking for individual to share a 4 bedroom house with two females and one male age range is 24-30. the house has two full bathrooms there is one bathroom on the second floor that is shared amongst the two people upstairs and there is a full bathroom on the first floor along with the other two bedrooms. both bathrooms are completely tiled and they both have whirlpool tubs. the house has been redone with either tile or wood floors throughout all furnishing is provided except for your bedroom. the house does have a bbq in the backyard and is on about .25 acres with a patio and built in fire pit. the basement of the house has a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, there is also a workout room, along with another entertainment room with a wet bar and walk out stairs to the backyard. there is also a basketball hoop in the front driveway.
the bedroom being rented is the largest in the house it is approximately 23 by 12feet and has a large walk in closet with another seperate storage closet. the bathroom is shared with another person and is completly renovated with a double sink and a seperate shower along with a whirlpool tub.
there is a detached garage as well that can be rented seperately for $25/month this will be available to who ever decides they want it first. (i am the owner of the house and have lived with the housemates for a couple of years and am moving out so i will no longer be using the garage)

all housemates are professional and considerate we all work full time and are mindful of all individuals living in the house. it is a very carefree and lax environment we go out occasionally and we all have fun personable personalities. there is no smoking permitted in the house. there is one month's security deposit that is required.
