we are looking for a female roommate to rent out the 3rd room in our mil. the house is located in a quiet neighborhood in lake forest park. the room is going for $500 with utilities included! we are close to shoreline and edmunds cc! the place comes with free parking, internet, basic cable, w/d (shared with tenants from upstairs) full kitchen, dining area, fireplace, spacious living room and bathroom and its semi furnished (furniture from our previous place) if your credit check and background check come back clean then ($40 app fee to run credit check and background check) with first months rent and a $200 deposit you can move in as early as july 1st! now, a little bit about the chicks writing this post; we are 2 young ladies in our 20's. one of us is a office coordinator at a recruiting agency downtown and the other roommate is a party coordinator at a indoor soccer arena. we like to listen to music and enjoy each others company.if you're interested please respond to this posting with a little blurb about yourself.
