i have a room for rent in my 2 br 1.5 bath condo/townhouse located in west knoxville. these condos were built maybe 4 or 5 years ago so everything is pretty much new. there is an alarm system and all the appliances (fridge, cooktop oven, dishwasher) are new as well. i have cable, internet access, big screen home theater, and fully equiped kithen if you like to cook. i like to keep things clean and organized but not to an obsessive degree. about me: i am 32, clean and organized, extremely easy to get along with. i believe in respecting others privacy, personal space and i expect the same. other than that i am just a regular guy, i work 50+ hours a week and like to relax after work. i am engaged and stay with my fiance for weeks at a time so the house will be pretty much to yourself! i do come home a couple nights a week or for a few hours. this is the main reason for seeking a roomate. my house is lonely. :) about my roommate: my roommate needs to be clean, drug free, and trustworthy. no crazy parties, bonfires, animal or human sacrifices, or anything else like that. i'm not sure what else to put here so if you have any questions please ask!
