my spare room is about to become available to rent again. i live about 3 miles south of downtown knoxville. i live at the end of a street and it is very safe. you not only would be renting the room but would have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and bathroom. i have about a .5 acre backyard and part of it is fenced in. single person is $600/month including everything. couples is $600 plus 2/3 utilities. i am going to be doing month to month renting so neither party is locked into a lease.

i am in my 20s working professional. i am rarely home. i own the house so you don't have to worry about another landlord. i do not smoke or drink. feel free to contact me for more information and more pictures.

i would also be willing to rent for someone needing office/studio space and not wanting to live there. i obviously would charge less.
