this is a spacious room located a mile away from west fort sanders, and the pellissipi parkway. a few minutes from turkey creek, walmart, kroger, aldi, cedar bluff. it has its own private half bathroom, the shower is shared with me. i have a toddler, 14 months old and he is very easygoing. you must like to have kids around for sure. we have a nice patio with a view to a big back yard which i love. washer and dryer included. you can use the kitchen and will have your own space in the fridge. wifi included. no tv service at the apartment. electric would be divided in half. rent is paid in the begging of the month. i am respectful of your space and like to keep things simple and easy. call for more questions.
