hello...my name is patti...i share a huge 3200 sq ft house with my brother and his wife. we both have one child each. my brother and wife share a apt style place in the basement...while i stay on the top floor with my son. upstairs has 5 bedrooms. i do have a spacious room up on the top floor with myself and another renter. the room i will be renting will be furnished, but could be emptied if need be.all utilities included. the room is direct tv connected, and we have wifi through out the house which is included. we live in a very nice and friendly neighborhood. we are down to earth people, there are two pets in home but mostly stay in basement. wewont might if you have guest...just no romantic over night stays. ive got pics of room and lots more to tell you, just contact me. we dont mind if your a smoker but we would ask you to do it outside:-)
