i have a private room for rent with a private bathroom and huge walk in closet! i am the only other occupant in the 2 bedroom apartment. it's a second floor apartment with a balcony. there is laundry on site as well as a pool and covered parking. must be clean and hygienic with a job. 420 friendly but no recreational drugs. i also have two very sweet and friendly cats but they do not take well to other animals so no other pets allowed unless they are caged or tanked.
