bedroom is not furnished. the rest of the apartment is with newer things. please treat my things as if they were yours.
beautiful hardwood floors throughout apt & updated kitchen. landlord keeps everything very well maintained!
you can have a lock on your door, as do i.
lots of closet space in room.
storage space in basement(not shared with tenant next door)
washer&dryer included.
lots of kitchen cupboards.
bring your own pots&pans, otherwise you're free to use everything else.
i'm a 26yr old female, recent graduate, work ft. quiet or busy outside of the apartment. i'm laid back, as long as you pay on time and respect my stuff, i'm happy. i don't have parties or people over often, maybe once in a while. i'd rather go out.
looking for: similar lifestyle. female,preferably med student or similar. no parties, of course visitors/ friends over is fine.
no pets,drugs, etc.
parking: 1 spot for garage the other spot is outside of garage. whoever leaves in the morning last gets the garage in the winter. there is off street parking during spring-fall seasons.

internet-$25, gas-$20ish in summer(not sure of winter, just moved in, in may) electric $20ish)

$200 deposit, since the previous months bills are sent out a month after move out, i will send copies of each bill and deduct whatever is owed for the time you were there, then send the rest of the deposit back to you(if there are no damages besides normal wear and tear) it will be in a contract so there are no worries for either of us :)
