house is 4 bed , two bath
(3 adults live in home now all in their 30s, very mellow, no drama.)
share bath with one person, large bathroom with another full closet.
rent is 700.00 and includes wireless interent, digital cable (with hbo and showtime, electric, water, sewer.)
parking for one car on side of house by fence.
no deposit required
you will be required to put a mini fridge and a microwave in room but can use kitchen for major cooking.
there are small dogs and a cats in home now, no other pets allowed at this time
room is for one person only no couples allowed. maybe consider single parent with 1 small child.
must be clean, respectful, no drama, no drugs, no smoking on property.
