i live in a descent size coop 2 bedrooms i am looking for a male stictly platonic. i have 1 cat and i am a smoker.
its 800 a month utilities included except for cable which is only an extra 30 dollars wi-fi is included - must pay first must rent plus security deposit. the security deposit will act as your last months rent.
i want somebody cleans up after themselves- we share kitchen and bath
i dont have 2 many rules and i am easy to live with. my bf does stay with me from time to time
i live right near a supermarket and a couple of blocks from the briarwood station f train and e during off hours. i am about a block off queens blvd a little further down from the courthouses if you are not aware of where briarwood is
