one separate bed room is available in a 5 bed room house in a good issaquah neighborhood (close to pacific cascade middle school, se issaquah-fall city road) for rent to a female professionals/students only. bathroom will be separate. owner will use the family room. a modern open type kitchen with gadgets are available to be shared with the owner. driveway parking is available.this room is for female room-mates only, not a couple and no overnight guests for security and safety reasons. person should be non- smoker, non-drug or even medical marijuana user. clean room mate who is able to maintain general cleanliness of the house need only apply. look forward to hearing from you.
