hello i am an african american woman who is married with two kids one girl 5 and one boy 1. my husband work on diesel trucks and i am a driver. total for the room is 400 which include a living room if desired but doesn't matter. i have washer and dryer if you provide your own detergent i don't mind sharing. i have a big drive way that can fit 4 cars at this time garage doesn't have space for more than one car. bathroom that will be available only has a shower no tub. i have wify no extra fee but if you want cable i have to charge 15 cause that is the cost for the wireless box from comcast. we will be sharing kitchen but as long as we keep it clean i will never have an issue. any other info needed please email me at [email protected]. also if you are not interested please send info so i can make it available for people who are thank you. i also wanted you to know it is a bilevel home so your room and batjroom are next to each other and laundry room but i have 6 stairs going down from the front door. i also posted new picks of room living room and bathroom and room which at this time has a king size bed in it. please tell me if interested or not
