my name is luis i have a two bed room apt looking for a roommate for my second room. half of the rent is 310 plus utilities including electricity, water, cable and internet brings it to 450. the room is not funished, the room has one window and a nice closet. the apt is located in a nice well keept gated community with lots of parking spaces near wlmart and indpendence center also very easy access to 170 and 291. complex also has two laundrymats fitness room with a hottube and 2 outdoor pools. im looking for someone who does not do drugs, is employed in a steady job, is responsible and clean and organized for the most part. prefer a male roommate sexual oreientation does not matter. perfer someone in the age range of 18 to late 20's . i have a dog i dont smoke but i do drink sometimes i go to college and work . i usually dont have many people over just close friends prefer the same of my roommate. so if interested im looking for a roommate a.s.a.p rent is due at move in. look foward from hearing from you. if you have a pet there is a pet deposit of 125 dollars and 20 monthly pet rent.
