hi my wife and i are moving to a duplex in hilliard on/around oct 15th the were mainly looking for someone to split the rent & bills. rent will be $300+ utilities and we would need first months rent upfront. we'd prefer something temporary but would be willing to do long term. about the duplex and your room: its a 3br duplex it is hardwood throughout and it also has a basement that has 2 large rooms in it now you can have your choice in what room you want the basement (both rooms) or upstairs (1br). we will have a w/d (and free laundry soap) which would be free for you to use. we will definitely have wow cable (whole house dvr/ultra tv) and internet. we do have a fenced in back yard as well. we do have a fixed cat but shes outside mostly and we also have a 4 year old daughter and 6month old son so if you hate kids or cats this isn't for you. please no other animals except maybe 1 cat.
