i am looking to find a one or two roommates to live with me in a gated community brand new house. everything inside the house is brand new!!! currently the house is un-furnished, only appliances.

it's a beautiful two story house with 3 bedrooms and two baths. i will be in the master room. the two rooms for rent have walk-in closet. bath room to share have double sink.

close to galleria mall, major shops, restaurant, theater, casinos sunset station, green valley ranch, and costco!

it will be rented out only after employment verification, references and background check. looking for a professional, no pets.
