children do stay every other weekend. i do not mind small or well trained dogs, pet (has small fenced yard). near hwy 49 (shopping) & i10 centrally located with out being in the hustle of things. the neighborhood is very peaceful, access to lake. i do not mind someone with a social life as i have one too. split floor plan, you will have your space & privacy. kitchen & living will be shared. (food cost shared if you want) house has access to lake in very nice neighborhood, which has a golf course that is owned by a local casino. its a safe neighborhood (has a local police officer 2 doors down) i love living here & believe you will too. rent will include utilities. i'm asking $450 a month and as an incentive if you pay by the 1st then i will discount $50 (making rent $400) if you can't pay by the first of the month then rent will be $450. n deposit required but am asking for the first month rent in full ($450)at least two weeks prior to your move in date. i am friendly, social, easy to get along with wouldn't mind having someone we could go walking with in the evenings (gotta keep those girly figures).
